OROFINO BY STRAIGHT CREEK CONDOMINIUMS
Located in Summit County, Colorado, Orofino by Straight Creek Condominiums is nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Summit County is home to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge Ski Resorts. It is also home to great hiking, biking, cross country skiing, restaurants, and is a great place to relax and enjoy the view.
Orofino is a 70 unit property. 24 of the units are timeshare properties, with the other 46 properties being wholly-owned. Built in the 1970s, these 1200 square foot, 2 story condominiums are spacious, cozy and the time share units come fully equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, DVD/VCR and washer and dryer. Orofino is centrally located to year round activities and are approximately an hour and a half drive from Denver. The complex has 3 outdoor communal hot tubs located throughout the property.

Interested in Buying a Timeshare Week? If you are interested in purchasing a week, please contact Mary Stock, Association Representative, at mary@summitlodging.com. For the weeks for sale by owner, Mary will be able to provide you with the contact name and phone number of the owner. For Association owned weeks, Mary will be the contact between the Board of Directors and the buyer. Interested in Selling your Timeshare Week? A good first step in selling your timeshare is contacting friends and family to see if they are interested in purchasing your week. If not, many timeshare owners turn to timeshare resale agents. Through an agent, you often can get a better offer for your week. But please be careful, since many companies will ask for large fees to sell your week. Make sure to contact many timeshare resale companies and compare their resale packages before choosing a company. E-mail Mary@summitlodging.com for a list of timeshare resale companies. Are you anxious to sell quickly? Some owners have found churches or charitable organizations that are interested in acquiring a timeshare to use for auctions or employee benefits. Sometimes this can be tax deductible, but you should consult with your tax advisor about this. Although we do not know about any of these agencies you can call and see what they say. Also, if you have Internet access, you might want to try www.eBay.com for their auction/sales abilities. We will also list your timeshare on a resale sheet that we hand out in our office for a fee of $25/yr. Orofino by Straight Creek is insured by Mike Deacon Agency with American Family Insurance. Mike Deacon Agency: (970) 949-4465. Insurance for wholly-owned Orofino properties covers common areas only. Wholly-owned owners will need to purchase insurance to cover the interior of their property. Insurance for timeshare owners covers the common areas as well as the interior of the units. Timeshare owners insurance needs are covered by the annual maintenance fees.
